The American Chamber of Commerce in Korea(AMCHAM) announced on the 8th that it will hold its "Reception for the 60th Anniversary of AMCHAM" at the Conrad Hotel in Yeouido at 6pm on the 14th.

The event, celebrating the 60th anniversary of the founding of the company, also marks the 60th anniversary of a US company, Korean company, and consumer relationship.

The congratulatory address was given by the US Ambassador to Korea Sung Kim, Minister of Foreign Affairs Byeong-se Yoon, and Minister of Industry and Commerce Sang-jik Yoon. After the dinner, the Heart to Heart Orchestra, an orchestra consisted of members with developmental disabilities, is scheduled to perform.

At the ceremony, Byeong-seok Park, deputy chairman of the National Assembly, Hong-joon Ahn, chairman of the National Assembly Committee for Foreign Affairs and Unification, Duk-soo Han, chairman of the Korea International Trade Association, Hee-bum Lee, the chairman of the Korea Employers Federation, Jae-hyun Hyun, chairman of the Korea-US Business Council, Ho-Young Ahn, Nominee for Ambassador to the United States, Kathleen Stephens, former US Ambassador to Korea, and more will attend.
