35 selected students, from grade 4 to 7, participated in the leadership training program. The program was created to encourage the migrant students to re-establish their unique identity and confidence. The Karen migrant children often suffer from despair due to chronic poverty, unstable status and social discrimination and give up their education and future dream.
Through various activities of singing and playing sports and games, the students build self-esteem and cooperation, leadership skills, and hope for their future. |

He stays at the school dormitory because his father had passed away and his mother went to Bangkok to make money. Tun Tun Yei hopes the leadership training would lead him to the right direction.
