The RI World Congress is an international conference organized by Rehabilitation International every four years for the social inclusion and implementation of rights for persons with disabilities. The RI World Congress seeks to provide a forum for the exchange of experience and information on research and practice regarding various disability issues on international and regional levels.

Especially this year is 90th anniversary of Rehabilitaion International(RI) and magnificent ceremony of the 22nd RI World Congress was held in Songdo, Incheon. More than 16,000 preofessionals and many distinguished guests including UN secretary general, Ban Ki-Moon, and first lady of Korea took part in the ceremony. Heart to Heart Orchestra played Biezt's Menuet 'Farandole' and ‘Changing the World Together,' a theme song of RI World Congress with choirs of the visually impaired and sign language choir.
