Now, We become Primary Eye health experts!

Heart to Heart International Cambodia office has conducted primary eye health care training for 23 newly hired government health workers from July.

We had a good time with training basic eye checkup, primary eye disease,

and instruction on how to use optometry tools for becoming a primary eye health expert.

 

 

 

 

 

 

The new health workers who have just taken their first steps have not been able to learn professional knowledge and skills,

because they are inexperienced and lack skill at eye health services.

However, after completing the training, they told us that they couldn’t hide their excitement about acquiring the

essential knowledge to provide health services to the local residents.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Heart to Heart International Cambodia office conducted primary eye health care training for

 all the health workers in Siem Reap from 2014 to 2016. And from 2017,

we also provide training to newly hired health workers to contribute to the prevention of

blindness through the training of local eye health workers.

 

Now, go back to each local health center and look forward to the new health workers who will make remarkable activities!
