2017 Free eye camp for World Sight Day

October 12th is World Sight Day! To commemorate World Sight Day,

Heart to Heart Foundation conducted free eye camp for residents in Mtwara on October 12~13th at LIGULA Referral Hospital.

▶ Residents who are having an eyesight test

LIGULA Referral Hospital has been built in 2015.

The Hospital is the best hospital in Mtwara district because it has most facilities and equipments,

various kinds of medicine and medicine supplies, refresher training for medical team.

The best LIGULA Referral Hospital medical team helped residents of Mtwara on World Sight Day.

About 170 patients in Mtwara have eyesight tested and examination in the free eye camp.

 Although it is simple surgery, they have not been visiting hospital because of financial problem.

Through this free eye camp, we were happy to be able to offer hope to them!
